How far away is Christchurch Airport from Tuscana Motel?
This stylish motel is located a handy 15 minute drive from Christchurch International and Domestic Airport. Christchurch Railway Station is also only 15 minutes away.

How far away is downtown Christchurch shops, hospital, restaurants and central business district?
Within 10-15 minutes of easy strolling you will find yourself in the heart of Christchurch central city and CBD. The motel is adjacent from Southern Cross hospital, while the Casino, Conference Centre, Town Hall, Hagley Park and golf course are only 10 minutes away?

Do you have a free Christchurch airport shuttle service?
Please enquire into the availability of our guests' courtesy vehicle for airport and rail transfers at time of booking.

Is room service available or do you have an on-site restaurant?
Cooked and continental breakfast is available each morning at an additional cost, along with evening meals by arrangement. An all day snack menu is also available. We are also only 5 minutes walking distance from some top restaurants, cafes and gourmet takeaways.

What is your check-in and check-out time’s?
Early check in and late check out is available by prior arrangement. Regular reception hours are 7.00am - 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am - 9.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Standard check-out is at 10.00am and check-in from 2.00pm.

How can I check room availability?
You will need to contact our accommodation reservation team via our Request a Quotation page outlining the dates you require accommodation.

Do you have paraplegic/wheelchair friendly rooms available?
We have an Access Unit available.

Is Tuscana Motor Lodge suitable for people travelling with children?
Certainly! We have family size 2 bedroom motel suites available with full cooking and bathroom facilities. Along with free in-house movies, we also have DVD and Game Console hire plus pay per view movies to keep the kids entertained. We also have a cot and highchair available.

Do I need to book a unit in advance?
No you don't, however due to the large amount of Christchurch events such as concerts, conferences and sporting events; it is always advisable to book your accommodation in advance where possible. Simply complete the Make a Booking form within this site and we will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page within our Website.

Is a deposit required to book a room?
No. We request your Credit Card details simply to confirm your booking, however no deposit will be charged to your card.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.

Do you accept CRT cards?
Yes we do.

Do you have facilities so I can use my laptop?
Yes. We have Wireless Internet (WiFi). We also provide additional business facilities such as on-site fax services.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement with us.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled check in may be charged the first nights accommodation.

I notice that you are located within the inner city; therefore do you have car parking spaces available for guests?
Yes. We have ample off-street parking for our accommodation guests.
